Prague is of course a beautiful medieval city. However, today’s Prague has so much to offer also in terms of modern art, design, gastronomy and events. This tour is for anyone who wants something slightly more unusual than exploring Prague’s main historical sites.

On this tour, we will reveal the true secrets of the hundred-spired city beyond the crowded tourist attractions. Let’s first talk over a cup of coffee in Café Neustadt. You will either love or hate the artwork created by famous and controversial artist David Cerny, author of the giant Babies on the Kampa Island, the huge revolving Franz Kafka’s Head in the Quadrio shopping centre, the scary Hangman, the Horse upside down in Lucerna and other unconventional works of art. As for fine art, we should mention the statue called Mushrooms by Michal Trpák. During this tour, we will explore the popular Lennon’s Wall with all its peaceful messages of today and discover the new trendy shops managed by progressive Prague hipsters – our favourites are Basmatee and Freshlabels. We will also pass by the functionalist Mánes Gallery, home to engaging exhibitions. The gallery is just a few steps from Náplavka – a popular part of the riverbank where people love to relax when it’s sunny.

Although Prague is indeed a large city, we can guarantee that you’ll quickly find your way around. Since we’re locals, we know a lot about the city and we can’t wait to show it all to you. Concerts, restaurants, clubs, shops, hidden beer gardens, public transport and much more. Ask us about anything and we’ll be happy to tell you everything we know.
